Safety

If this is urgent

10 moons offers education and reflection. It is not a clinician, a crisis line, or a substitute for medical or mental-health care. If you or your baby are in danger, please reach out to a person who can help — right now.

Medical or obstetric emergency

  • Call your local emergency number (e.g. 112 in the EU, 999 in the UK, 911 in the US/Canada, 000 in Australia).
  • Or go to the nearest maternity ward / emergency department.
  • Heavy bleeding, severe headache, vision changes, chest pain, fever >38°C postpartum, or a baby who is unresponsive, blue, or struggling to breathe — do not wait.

If you are having thoughts of harming yourself or your baby, you deserve immediate, human help.
