Labour rarely goes exactly to plan. This is a game: you’ll play through a handful of invented situations — slow progress, an induction conversation, a change of route, the first hour with your baby — and choose how you imagine responding. Nothing here describes your care, and nothing is a decision.

There’s no correct path and nothing is scored. “I’m not sure” is always on the table. At the end you get a set of notes on what you noticed about yourself — illustrative only, not a birth plan. When you want a real document, the Birth Plan page is where you build it.
