A game for two

Who holds what

Sort the baby tasks on your own, then compare.

Before you start

A game for two, on one phone

So much of looking after a baby is invisible: the noticing, the remembering, the planning. It’s easy for two people to see the same week very differently, and neither is wrong. This game makes the picture visible, gently.

Each of you sorts 16 tasks on your own, without looking. Then you compare. If you’re expecting, sort them as you imagine the first months. If you’re parenting solo, play with whoever shares the load: a co-parent, a friend, a grandparent.

This game is for reflection. It is not therapy or a psychological assessment, and it cannot predict how anyone in your family will respond. Your answers stay on this page while it is open. They are not saved or sent anywhere.
